Elizabeth Fenton, Yoga Instructor
Elizabeth received her yoga teacher 200 Hr. training certificate in 2015 from SYI (School Yoga Institute). The training included Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa flow sequence and a Sivananda inspired Hatha flow sequence. The classes have a mystical flare and encourage deep inner journeying.
Elizabeth adds in energy work from her extensive experience with Reiki and facilitates her students to discover their own healing capabilities and soul signature vibration.
All classes end with an epic shavasana for deep relaxation. Elizabeth provides reiki and star magic healing during this time.

The Current Group Classes is:
Tuesdays at 10:00 am - 90 minutes, $12
includes healing at end of class.
If there is another day/time you would like to attend a group class send in a request.
