Elizabeth received her yoga teacher 200 Hr. training certificate in 2015 from SYI (School Yoga Institute). The training included Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa flow sequence and a Sivananda inspired Hatha flow sequence. The classes have a mystical flare and encourage deep inner journeying.
Elizabeth adds in energy work from her extensive experience with Reiki and facilitates her students to discover their own healing capabilities and soul signature vibration.
All classes end with an epic shavasana for deep relaxation. Elizabeth provides reiki and star magic healing during this time.
