Massage Experience:
Elizabeth has over a decade of massage therapy experience, licensed in the state of Hawaii since 2010. Elizabeth draws from various modalities in her practice to offer the most comprehensive treatment for her clients, including deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, hot stone, and Thai massage. These massage techniques help heal many soft tissue injuries and pain. Elizabeth's goal is to reduce pain and swelling, improve circulation and range of motion and reduce muscle spasms and cramping. Massages include hot stone, handmade healing salve, and select essential oils.
In addition, Elizabeth is a Reiki Master Teacher. Her healing touch allows the client to deeply relax and reduce the stress associated with trauma and loss of mobility. Elizabeth is a member in good standing with AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association.)
