Vinyasa Flow Yoga is expressed in a flow based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. Each posture is linked and connected with inhalation or exhalation of breath and a vinyasa sequence. The movement and pace of vinyasa will get your blood flowing and your body sweating!
Hatha Flow Yoga is expressed in a flow based on the Sivananda Classic Yoga Tradition. The poses are held and the pace is slow.
Both Yoga flows will incorporate activating the seven major chakras.
